Report An Issue

If you see it, report it - through the proper channels.
Help keep our neighborhood safe and strong!

Effective reporting helps keep our neighborhood safe, clean, and thriving. When you notice an issue—like streetlight outages, potholes, graffiti, or safety concerns—make sure to report it directly to the right department or organization so it can be addressed quickly. Using proper channels, such as city service hotlines, online reporting tools, or contacting local officials, ensures that problems reach the people best equipped to solve them. While the Neighborhood Association Board is here to help share information and connect neighbors, it’s not our role to report issues on behalf of residents. The more of us who take an active role in reporting, the stronger our voice becomes—and the more effectively our community’s concerns are addressed. Together, we can keep our neighborhood at its best.

Report Effectively

Several residents have found that they get faster responses and better results for non-emergency concerns by emailing city departments directly, when possible, to report issues.
While online reporting tools and hotlines are still helpful, reaching out to the appropriate department by email can sometimes ensure your concern is seen and addressed more quickly. Email also provides you a trail of contact to refer to if issues are not being addressed in a timely manner.
